Business Records Department

The Business Records Department provides searches on corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, certificate of partnership fictitious name for general partnerships, trade names, and trademarks. The search includes correct name, status, date of registration, service agent and address, state of domicile, authorized shares and par value, amendments, name changes, mergers, and trade names.

There are several ways to request or obtain a search:

1) Visit our online search feature within SoonerAccess.

2) A written request may be directed to this office. The fee is $5.00 for each search. A computer printout of the available information is provided to the customer.

3) Public access terminals are available in the office for use at no charge.
